Privacy
This site is a static document repository. It does not collect personally-identifying information from visitors.
What this site does NOT do
- Set tracking cookies
- Collect email addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information through the site itself
- Share visitor data with advertisers or third parties
- Use visitor data for behavioral profiling or remarketing
- Sell, rent, or otherwise monetize visitor data
What this site DOES do
Privacy-preserving analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (or equivalent), which counts page visits without using cookies, without storing IP addresses, and without identifying individual visitors. The aggregate data (e.g., "this document was viewed 50 times last month") helps the author understand which documents are useful to readers. Cloudflare's privacy practices are documented at cloudflare.com/web-analytics. If you want to opt out, browser extensions like uBlock Origin block these beacons by default.
Standard server logs. The hosting provider (e.g., Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel) maintains standard server logs for security and operational purposes (e.g., "an HTTP request came from IP X at time Y for URL Z"). These logs are kept for a short retention period and are not shared with the author beyond aggregate uptime statistics.
External links. The site links to other websites (government data sources, news articles, etc.) for substantiation. Clicking an external link takes you to that site, which has its own privacy practices. The author has no control over how external sites handle your visit.
Data the author may collect through other channels
If you contact the author by email or through a contact form, the author retains your message and your contact information for the duration of the correspondence and afterward as a record. This data is not shared with third parties; it is not used for marketing.
